Speech by Sheng Qiuping, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Commerce

On the evening of November 6, the event themed "CIIE Culture Night" was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Sheng Qiuping, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, attended and delivered a speech. China Gems & Jade Exchange (CGE) was invited to participate in the event and signed the cooperation agreement as a representative of the partners of the 2025 CIIE U-FAIR.

Shortly before the opening of this year's CIIE, Vice Minister Sheng Qiuping officially announced that the 2025 CIIE U-FAIR will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from December 19 to 21, 2025.

As an extension of high-quality products in specific fields beyond the CIIE period, the CIIE U-FAIR focuses on consumer-oriented sales and exhibition. It also attracts purchasers, service providers, distributors, and other various entities to participate.

The 1st CIIE U-FAIR aims to further expand imports, amplify the spillover effect of the CIIE, and enhance the sense of gain for participating enterprises. It also continues the "CIIE Consumption Season" effect, allowing more "CIIE good products" to directly reach consumers, meet their pursuit of quality life, and build a comprehensive and diverse "CIIE ecosystem". The exhibition scope covers three categories: Consumer goods, health products, and food, including 14 subcategories such as gems, jade and fashion trends.

Currently, the exhibitor registration for the 2025 CIIE CIIE U-FAIR is in full swing, with a special gems & jade zone to be set up. Gems & jade exhibitors interested in participating are welcome to contact us in a timely manner to secure booths as early as possible!
